Your Time Matters — So Does Ours
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Running a little early means you can settle in, grab a drink, and get the most out of your visit. If you arrive late, we may not always be able to offer your full service — but we’ll always do our best.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Your appointment is reserved just for you, and our stylists plan their day around it. Life happens — we get it — and if something genuinely unavoidable comes up, we’ll always try to work with you.
That said, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Without it, your stylist loses that slot entirely, and someone on our waiting list misses out too. For longer or more specialist appointments, we may ask for a deposit upfront.
Running Late?
Don’t stress — just call us! We allow a 10-minute grace period and will always try to accommodate you. If you’re going to be late, the earlier you let us know, the better chance we have of making it work. After 10 minutes, we’ll give you a quick ring to check in.
One Small but Important Thing
Please make sure we have your correct email address and mobile number on file. We confirm all appointments made 48+ hours in advance by email or text — and we never want you to miss a reminder.
